Warranty Customer Supplied Parts
"We provide a warranty on our labor, but offer no warranty on customer-supplied parts or associated labor."
"If the supplied part fails, is incorrect, or causes damage, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, including diagnosis, parts, and labor, to complete the repair."
"Any warranty on the part itself is solely between the customer and the part's manufacturer."

"Customer agrees to pay for diagnostic time if the supplied part causes issues or the vehicle returns for the same symptoms due to part failure."
"Time spent by shop resources (e.g., repair bay) due to incorrect or missing customer-supplied parts will be charged to the customer." 

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim:

  1. Return the vehicle to the repair facility as soon as possible.

  2. Provide the original invoice and a description of the issue.

  3. The shop will perform a no‑charge inspection to determine whether the failure is warranty‑related.

  4. If covered, repairs will be completed at no cost for parts and labor.

  5. If not covered, the customer will be provided a written estimate before any additional work is performed.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by the repair facility. Coverage applies only to the specific repairs listed on the final invoice.

Covered Items

  • Workmanship Warranty — Labor performed by the shop, including installation, adjustments, and repair procedures.

  • Parts Warranty — New parts installed by the shop that carry a manufacturer warranty.

  • Roadside Failure Review — Inspection of any repair-related breakdown within the warranty period.

5. Limitations & Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to the original customer and is non‑transferable.

  • Warranty work must be performed only at the issuing repair facility.

  • Any unauthorized repairs performed elsewhere void this warranty.

  • The shop is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty Information

2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the invoice:

  • Workmanship: 12 months or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

  • OEM/New Parts: Covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • Reman/Aftermarket Parts: Covered according to the supplier’s stated warranty.

Warranty begins on the date the repair is completed and the vehicle is released to the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper fluid levels and perform recommended maintenance.

  • Report issues promptly.

  • Operate the vehicle within manufacturer specifications.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Pre‑existing Conditions unrelated to the repair

  • Normal Wear Items such as brakes, belts, suspension, clutches, etc.

  • Failures caused by lack of maintenance, contamination, overheating, improper operation, or modifications

  • Towing, rental vehicles, downtime, or loss of income

  • Diagnostic charges for unrelated issues
